I became a Loan Officer in 2004 and was four years into my business when one of the worst financial markets in our history hit us. Many of you remember the mortgage collapse in 2008. Without the mentors that I was fortunate to have early on in my career, I wouldn't have survived and gone on to build a multi-million-dollar lending business. I have had the opportunity to coach hundreds of loan officers since then and it's been an amazing honor to witness the success they've had, many of whom have even surpassed my own accomplishments.
